Urgent Prayer Request

Dear Father,

We come before you today and ask you to be Jehovah –rapha (the God that heals). This marriage needs healing Father and from the sound of it so do the family members. Satan has a way getting in there and destroying the family. Like always, he makes the huband think that he needs to work harder and provide more money for the family when in reality they would much rather have him at home more. In turn the wife feels neglected and can become very lonely and starts building a wall between their relationship to hide her hurt. Once communication breaks down, the foundation gets a crack in it and over time, it begins to crumble. We thank you for the desire of this man to want to pick up the precious pieces of his marriage and put it back together again. We hand you those pieces God and ask that you be the superglue to hold this marriage together. Not only for the couples’ sake but for the love and well-being of their children.

What is needed is discernment, wisdom and knowledge for this couple so that the healing process will begin. Forgiveness must come first and then action must follow. Words are now empty and their love for each other must be more than words.

We lay this marriage at you feet and ask that you heal it and bless it and may both of them learn from their mistakes and not repeat them in the future. Thank you for being a God of second chances.
